As part of the BOSCH Group, it is our goal to make the use of communal laundry facilities more attractive for everyone involved. Since its introduction in 2017, we have been supporting our partners in saving valuable resources and taking over the entire launderette management for them. As a full-service provider, WeWash offers a solution that completely takes over the operation of the laundry room from the hotelier. This means he no longer has to worry about problems that may arise in connection with the laundry room.
Digital, multilingual service offer for your guests
Not only our partners benefit from our digital solution. Users can easily and conveniently check whether a washing machine or dryer is available via the multilingual WeWash app or website and book directly from the apartment. If all machines are occupied, the user joins a virtual queue and is informed as soon as the next machine becomes free. Reserving a machine is free of charge with WeWash, the user only pays at the end of the washing or drying cycle. For this purpose, he has various digital means of payment at his disposal (e.g. SEPA direct debit, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.). For international guests, this offers the great advantage that they do not need regional currency or have to buy laundry coins.
We take care of it!
WeWash is ideal for providers of serviced apartments, micro-apartments and aparthotels. With WeWash Care we equip your communal laundry room completely with energy-efficient BOSCH appliances or digitalise your existing washing machines and dryers with the WeWash Box. Thanks to free customer service 365 days a year and 24/7 laundry room monitoring, our partners have more time for guest relations or other important tasks.
Even more comfort thanks to modern i-DOS machines
Especially in the area of temporary living it is often annoying for guests to bring their own detergent if they want to use the laundrette. In a pilot project, we have therefore installed BOSCH i-DOS machines with automatic detergent dosing at our partner Living Hotels of the Derag Group, so that users no longer need their own detergent.
