Nice to be a part

Save the Date: 10th and 11th November 2021!

"As successful as the digital edition was in 2020, we had hoped to have SO!APART 2021 take place on site again," says Anett Gregorius, organiser of SO!APART. So that there is planning possible despite the still unpredictable Corona course, the next SO!APART on 10/11 November 2021 will nevertheless have a digital stage again. This will be dedicated to the 20th anniversary of flat service and a look at the success and future of the segment.

Industry meeting of the apartment world

SO!APART has been the meeting place for the serviced apartments sector in the German-speaking world since 2013 - as an annual conference and unique networking platform, accompanied by a trade exhibition. It brings together the most important representatives of the segment and directly links operators, investors, project developers and service providers. Numerous cooperations, projects and new developments have been launched here. At the SO!APART, the best houses and concepts in the segment are also presented with the SO!APART Awards. The SO!APART was initiated by Anett Gregorius, the owner and founder of the agency and consulting company Apartmentservice, who has been accompanying the segment for many years.

...everything different?

The corona virus has led many plans, projects and ideas into new directions. Many things are different than once thought. That is why we were also breaking new ground with our SO!APART in 2020 and planned a digital concept. This format could take place regarless of any developments and still provide the industry with the most important topics, bringing them together and moving them forward. Because even though the segment is largely moe crisis-proof than the classic hotel industry, the challenges are enormous.

Mixed thinking is the new mixed-use: the eighth branch meeting at a glance

The serviced apartment segment performed more resiliently: "Average occupancy is 60.3 per cent in October, mainly due to the high number of long-stay bookings, although at the same time the ADR (Average Daily Rate) decreased to 70 Euros (2019: 89 Euros)," explained Anett Gregorius.
